T. Gosingtian: I'd suggest that you play around with Photoshop and with your camera. You're not going to get better if your camera isn't in your hands, and if you're not using your Photoshop at all.

Tricia don’t like to hear questions like “How do you edit your photos?” anymore. that’s why she posted this on her facebook acc.:

“There’s a limit to how much you can edit, really. If the photo isn’t good as is even before post-processing, it’d be really hard to save it… unless you’re a professional, and post-processing is your day job.”

“Also, as an artist, I don’t think I’d ever want to exactly copy someone else’s post-processing techniques. I mean, how would you differentiate yourself if you just copied someone else? It’s always best to practice your own sense of aesthetics and artistic eye.”

“originality is hard to come by nowadays, and people asking me to make Photoshop Actions of my post-processing just proves how it’s so easy to prettify something with just a click of a tiny button. I’m not against actions (I use some downloaded ones myself, albeit I use them sparingly as I like my photos to still look somewhat faithful to the original) but… I hope you guys understand. :P”

uhm. thank you tricia for those tips and advice. :D
